TENDER INVITATION NOTICE
The Government of the Republic of Kenya, through the Kenya Embassy, Addis Ababa, invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the following 3 no Projects:

- A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders upon payment of non-refundable fees of 250 USD cash or bankers’ cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically, free of charge, from the Embassy’s official website https://www.kenyaembassyaddis.org/
- Tenders shall be quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and shall include all applicable taxes and levies.
- Tenders shall remain valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty-Six (126) days from the date of tender opening.
- All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security from bank equivalent to one percent (1%) of the tender sum.
- Prices quoted shall be fixed for the entire contract period.
- Pre-tender site visit at Kenya Embassy Addis Ababa, will be held on 3rd March 2026 at 2.00 p.m. to 4.00p.m.
- Completed tender documents serialized, paginated and well bounded (spiral/ tape) comprising one (1) original and one (1) copy, shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Name, and addressed to:

- Completed bidding documents must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Kenya Embassy, Addis Ababa, Yeka KK, Kebele 01, Comoros Street (Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) on or before Tuesday, 17th March 2026 at 4.00 p.m. (East Africa Time). Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- An Administrative fee of 4,000 ETB will be paid upon submission of the Tender.
- Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
- Late tenders shall be rejected.
- Tender evaluation and qualification criteria shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender document and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and its attendant Regulations.
- The Kenya Embassy, Addis Ababa, reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and is not bound to award the tender to the lowest evaluated bidder.
- All other conditions stated in the invitation to tenderer shall remain unchanged.
