Hon Amos Kimunya today signed Road Transport Services Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding on Development, Management and Utilization of the Transport Corridor which is a milestone in the development of linkages between Kenya and Ethiopia.

The completion of the Nairobi-Moyale-Addis Ababa road network will enable the two countries to realize the huge potential particularly in boosting people to people and cross border trade as well as critical in fulfilment of the regional integration agenda of the Eastern African region, COMESA and beyond.

The two countries have signed several agreements including bilateral trade, agriculture, cooperative development electricity supply for Moyale among others.
