Ambassador Catherine Mwangi, made her first official visit to Djibouti on 21st March, 2015 and presented her Letters of Credence to the IGAD Executive Secretary, Amb. (Eng), Dr. Mahaboub Mohammed and the two held a very fruitful discussion on the importance of Kenya in IGAD.
